When you pre-order we'll reserve your selection for you. If you need to cancel, let us know early so we can make those sweets available to other customers. Orders not collected or confirmed within the agreed window may be released.
All confectionery and prices shown are accurate at the time of listing but may shift with seasonal availability and ingredient sourcing. If an item sells out before we fulfill your order, we'll suggest an equally delicious alternative.
Custom selections, bespoke chocolate creations and personalised gift boxes require advance notice — usually 5–7 days — and a deposit to secure ingredients. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you fairly.
You're free to browse and share links to our pages. Don't reproduce our product descriptions, photography, branding or designs for any commercial purpose without permission — just ask if you'd like to.
We craft every sweet with care and check every detail on this site thoroughly. We can't guarantee the website will be flawless or always available, but if you spot an error or issue, tell us straight away and we'll fix it.
